My Special Thanksgiving Diet Meal Guide…

As you all know, by the time you get finished with your turkey and stuffing and candied yams and fruit salad and mashed potatoes and gravy and cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie with whip cream and a couple plop, plop, fizz, fizzes, you’re going to have consumed over 10,000 calories!!!!

Here is my best advice to you – don’t even try to feel guilty about it.  You and I both know you’re going to eat like a pig tomorrow.  Enjoy it!  In fact, enjoy the whole weekend of leftovers too.  On Monday morning, go back to eating healthy and forget Thanksgiving weekend ever happened.
